Wants to make Dickinson Animal Hospital & Pet Wellness Center their home! As a CSR at Dickinson Animal Hospital & Pet Wellness Center, you will:
greet clients with wow service; manage a multiple phone system, schedule appointments; enter client and patient data into the practice-management software (Cornerstone); generate invoices and review with clients; process payments; prepare and maintain medical records; maintain order and cleanliness in lobby and reception areas.
Upon review of resumes, qualified candidates will be contacted for a telephone interview.
Following an in-person interview will be scheduled to further discuss the position.
Interviews are accompanied by an assessment of current veterinary and customer service knowledge.
