5K a year This individual will be responsible for a number tasks associated with the timely and accurate billing to their oil and gas clients.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Compile data for preparation and complete the online processing of customer invoices; Reconciliation of accounts; Research and troubleshoot all billing issues that occur; Creation and upkeep of reports in Microsoft Excel; Compile hours and expenses from electronic job packets; Calculate accounting and other numerical data; Operate computer software to record and post transactions; Sort and bundle accounting documents for storage; Familiarity with Track software Adhere to Employee's Responsibilities section set forth in Conco's Safety Policies & Procedure Manual Attributes Oral Comprehension & Expression - The ability to communicate, listen and understand information and direction through spoken words and sentences; Written Comprehension & Expression - The ability to read, write and understand information and ideas; Speech Clarity - The ability to speak clearly so others can understand; Reasoning - The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction and the ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations Experience & Education Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and a proven aptitude for computers; 1
years of progressive experience in an online billing role; Knowledge of Payroll Systems, Sharepoint, CRM and Quoting Systems, and the ability to learn and process invoices through our customers' electronic portals are required; Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for spotting errors and discrepancies; Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to see issues through resolution; High School Diploma or GED; Must be authorized to work within the United States; Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities Physical Requirements Physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of materials up to 25 lbs.
; Frequent hand to finger, handle, feel objects & tools, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking and hearing; Physically submit to periodic drug, background and clearance screenings (employment is contingent upon favorable results) Conco reserves the right to change and/or reassign job duties or to combine positions at any time.
