Responsibilities:
Serves patients by greeting and assisting them in a pleasant understanding manor; scheduling appointments; maintaining records and accounts.
JOB DUTIES:
Welcome all patients and visitors with a smile Ability to multi-task Answer any inquires and direct patients through the registration process Answers phone line, faxing and scanning documents Check-in and discharge patients Help with closing duties as needed Maintain a neat and clean work environment with a professional appearance Bilingual (Spanish) preferred 1 years Medical experience preferred Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures Follow management direction as dictated Verifying Insurance and Benefits Scheduling as needed Job Type:
