Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team.
Responsible for invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities of the AP/AR Assistant :
Generate and send invoices promptly.
Follow up on outstanding payments.
Review, verify, and process vendor invoices.
Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with financial policies.
Qualifications of the AR/AP Assistant:
High school diplomaProficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Proven experience in similar role.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills.
