Weekly pay>Day shift>Temp to hire> $20 to $25 per hour DOE Job
Summary:
Accountable for assigned general facility and equipment mechanical and electrical maintenance in a highly automated food manufacturing environment and ensuring continuous safe, effective and efficient performance of equipment based on manufacturers' instructions to meet daily operating plan in compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations.
Job Accountability:
Installs, inspects, troubleshoots, maintains and repairs equipment to meet daily shift requirements and achieve safety, quality, value and cost results.
Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment in assigned area;Cleans, lubricates and adjusts parts and equipment;Dismantles equipment to remove, replace or repair defective parts;Examines parts for defects such as breakage or excessive wear;Re-assembles and tests equipment; verifies repairs and ensures safe operating condition restored;Performs equipment installation support functions;Diagnoses PLC issues; Performs PLC programming modifications; coordinates repairs.
Conveys shift information, knowledge and observations regarding process and/ or equipment performance to maintenance and operation co-workers and supervisors.
Creates clear, accurate, complete and timely documentation of work orders;Provides ongoing conversation regarding shift performance issues.
Complies with all internal and external policies, procedures and regulations.
Keeps work areas organized and sanitary according to set standards;Follows standard operating processes and procedures;Adheres to GMP's, HACCP, OSHA and company policies and procedures;Responsible for own personal safety and safety of others in working area.
