We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Single Family Home properties.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships, ensuring property maintenance, and adhering to all relevant regulations and laws.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards - Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner - Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs - Advertise and market available properties to attract potential tenants - Screen and select qualified tenants in accordance with fair housing regulations - Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with all legal requirements - Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and tenant information - Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in relevant laws and regulations Skills:
- Strong customer relationship management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in real estate administrative tasks - Knowledge of property maintenance best practices - Familiarity with fair housing regulations and laws - Professional phone etiquette - Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts effectively - Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (RentManager and Property Meld) prefered - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Knowledge of facilities management principles If you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
